Each piece of wood used has a history behind it, the tree may have been hit by lighting or was infected with carpenter ants creating unique designs in the wood. I find these trees which have died but are still in good enough condition, these are cut down and got'tin home,the log is then cut into boards on a bandsaw mill and allowed to dry for few years.
The bones are collected across North America, from Alaska to the Southern Rockies, Canada and Wisconsin. I have gathered bones throughout these areas from animals which have succumbed to the natural process of life and death.

I offer true glass etching, all my work is done using a drawing on masking tape, which is then cut out and sand blasted. A very different way of etching with very different effects.
